Founded by Bryce Dull, Southern Core Workforce was built on a passion for serving communities when they need it most. With nine disaster relief seasons of hands-on experience, Bryce has dedicated his career to supporting emergency response efforts following hurricanes, winter storms, wildfires, and other natural disasters. After years of working alongside some of the best professionals in the industry, he launched Southern Core Workforce with a mission to provide the skilled workforce and logistical support that help power restoration crews get communities back on their feet.
The base behind the crews
Our contractors play a critical role behind the scenes by building and operating temporary support compounds for the linemen restoring electricity. These fully operational "pop-up communities" provide everything needed to sustain thousands of workers in areas where infrastructure has been severely impacted. From sleeper trailers, laundry facilities, restroom and shower units, and mobile kitchens to the countless supplies required to house and feed large crews every day, our team helps create the foundation that allows restoration efforts to move quickly and efficiently.
The people make it matter
What makes this industry truly special is the people. Every deployment brings together individuals from different backgrounds, trades, and regions of the country who share one common purpose: to help others during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching complete strangers unite as one team, working tirelessly to restore power, provide comfort, and help families begin rebuilding after disaster strikes.
More than logistics
At Southern Core Workforce, we believe that disaster relief is about far more than logistics and infrastructure. It's about service, teamwork, and making a lasting difference. Every yard we build, every contractor we deploy, and every challenge we overcome is driven by our commitment to helping utility crews restore power safely and efficiently while contributing to stronger, more resilient communities. We are proud to stand beside the men and women who answer the call when disaster strikes, and we remain committed to our mission of building stronger communities, one deployment at a time.
